How to Fight Your Ticket Without Going to Court

  1. You put information from your ticket into our form and we will give you two forms to sign and mail to the Court.
  2. One form is your “Not Guilty Plea.”
  3. The other form is your “Request for Trial by Written Declaration.”
  4. You must mail both of these forms on time – so that the Court has them before the due date.
  5. This is how you fight your ticket without appearing at all — and you have a better chance of winning than if you appear in person at trial.
  6. And if the Court does not rule for you, then you can ask for an “in person” trial at that time — after months have passed since you got your ticket in the first place.
